What is the Artificial Insemination Machine?

The artificial insemination machine is made of metal casing, which is drop resistant and durable. Artificial Insemination device is waterproof and moisture-proof, and can be safely rinsed with water. ECI-PX200/100 artificial insemination device are equipped with a high-definition camera, display screen, polymer probe and insemination tube. It can clearly observe the uterus, which is more intuitive, convenient and accurate. Visual insemination gun is mainly used for insemination, medication, cleaning and disease checking for cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, deer, donkeys and other animals.

How to Use artificial insemination machine?

1. The thin tube containing frozen sperm was placed in warm water at 37°C and thawed for 10 minutes in preparation for insemination

2. Wiping and cleaning the whole visual insemination gun with an alcohol wipe to ensure that the whole machine is sterilized, the power is sufficient and the camera is clear, and wait for the alcohol to evaporate before use.

3. The mother's vulva is cleaned with a damp cloth of warm water to ensure that there is no visible residue.

4. Place the thawed sperm into the insemination hose and set aside.

5. After turning on the artificial insemination machine and ensuring that the image is clear, the gun is inserted inside the vagina. Initially, insert it at a slanting upward angle of 5-10cm (to ensure no damage to the uterine orifice), and then insert it horizontally until the uterine orifice is clearly observed. If there is any adhesive liquid, squeeze the air bag to blow away the body fluid to ensure a clear shot.

6. Putting the insemination hose inside the artificial insemination device and gently push it to the cervix while observing, about 10cm to the bottom of the uterus (do not go too deep, as it will affect the insemination effect), and then use the insemination needle to inject the semen into the uterus.

7. After making sure the insemination is successful, the insemination hose is gently rotated out, and then the vibration switch is turned on to encourage the cervix to contract and improve the chances of conception. Finally, wipe the artificial insemination machine clean with a damp cloth, then sterilize the whole machine with alcohol and put it into a special storage box for storage, ready for the next use.
