ECI-T4 Veterinary Intelligent Needle-Free Injector for Piglet Vaccination
Introduction of Needle-free Injector
ECI-T4 Veterinary Needle-Free Injector is a motorised device designed for piglet immunisation with intradermal immunisation technology, supporting both water-based and oil-based vaccines. Needle-free injector injects vaccines into the superficial skin layer (not the muscle layer) in an atomised form by means of a high-pressure jet (0.1 seconds), avoiding tissue damage and abscesses caused by traditional needles. The single injection volume is 0.2ml or 0.5 ml, which is suitable for a wide range of vaccine types, e.g. swine fever aqueous vaccine or foot-and-mouth disease oil adjuvanted vaccine, and can be injected efficiently. The needle-free design eliminates cross-contamination, improves injection efficiency and safety, and reduces vaccine costs.

Main Usage
Needle-free Injector is suitable for intramuscular inoculation of piglets without needles with an injection volume of 0.5 ml. The injection sites are the neck, behind the ears and buttocks.
