Operation of Vacuum Pump
1. Before switching on the OPU machine, please use the matching gas tube to connect, make sure the gas line is connected correctly, and confirm the connection is tight. As shown in the picture below: (The thick tube is made of silicone tube with an inner diameter of 4mm, and the thin tube is made of silicone tube with an inner diameter of 1.8mm; tube A is an empty bottle, and it is recommended that the liquid in tube B should not be more than 30mL, so as not to let the liquid enter into the main unit when there is a high negative pressure).Connect the power and switch on, and observe whether the LCD screen is displayed normally. The default temperature is 37.0 ℃, if necessary, you can through the ‘↑’, ‘↓’ to set the temperature by yourself. After switching on the thermostat tank heating system automatically heated into the working state.
2. Adjust the negative pressure setting knob to set the appropriate negative pressure value according to the actual operational needs. The negative pressure value increases with the clockwise pointer and decreases with the anti-clockwise pointer (the negative pressure value setting range is 0-200mmHg).
3. Thermostat tank heating stability (the actual temperature and the set temperature error of less than ± 0.5 ℃) can step on the white wireless foot switch or lightly press the start / pressurisation button, the instrument beeping sound prompts, the indicator light, the negative pressure system began to run. Please observe that the difference between the real-time negative pressure value and the set negative pressure value of the liquid crystal is less than ±5mmHg, and then the egg collection operation will start. Step on the white foot switch again or short press the start button, the system stops working.
4. In practice, the knob can be adjusted at any time to change the size of the negative pressure setting as required. If necessary, a thermometer is used to measure the temperature inside the collection tube placed in the thermostat tank at the same time. Egg collection can be performed when the temperature is within the required range (36-38°C).
5. If the line is blocked, step on the yellow foot switch or long press the boost button (more than 3 seconds). The negative pressure pump will generate maximum pumping force to relieve the oocyte fluid from clogging the line. Step on the yellow foot switch again or press the boost button briefly to stop.
Note: Liquid should be prevented from entering the inside of the main unit and damaging the air pump.
6. Test tubes containing oocyte fluid should be placed on the thermostat test tube rack in a timely manner, and the vacuum pump can place eight test tubes at the same time.
7. After the operation is finished, step on the white foot switch or short press the start button to stop the vacuum pump. Then close the switch at the back of the instrument after checking the normal status of the instrument.
