What is the warranty period for ultrasound equipment?

The warranty for the main unit is 3 years and the warranty for the probe is 1 year. During the warranty period, in case of non-intentional damage, the customer can send it back to the factory and have it repaired by the factory free of charge. If conditions permit, you can also let the company to send repair parts, the customer in the local repair.
What modes of transportation are available?

When the order quantity is <100kg, we usually choose international express transportation, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and so on. When the order quantity >100kg, you can choose air or sea transportation. It depends on the demand.
What if I can't operate the equipment?

You can check out the product tutorials page of the website or contact the after-sales service for online instruction.
What if the software cannot be installed successfully?

Please try to download it after scanning the QR code with your browser. Or contact our after-sales support staff to provide the App installer.
How to place an order?

Please contact the sales staff to confirm the order contract. After payment is made via T/T, the order is usually dispatched within 3 working days, providing you with a waybill number for tracking the shipment.
Manufacturer or distributor?

We are a manufacturer with over 16 years of experience in R&D, design, production and sales. Dealers are welcome to visit our factory if you have time.
