On 9th January, Prof. Delin Sun , chief editor of China Swine Information Network & Swine Science, and Zhiyong Gao, manager of Swine Science, visited Sichuan Eacenic Science&Technology Group Co., Ltd. to exchange views. ‘Pig Farm Tour’ 2022: Building a new husbandry platform for the integration and development of industry, academia and research has entered into the tenth stop inf the series of roving visits. The visiting super editorial team of four was warmly received by the leadership team headed by Bin Luo, chairman of Sichuan Eacenic Science&Technology Group Co., Ltd.

Chairman Luo Bin, Prof. Sun Delin, and Manager Gao Zhiyong exchanged views on the ECI’s plan to promote the development of industry-academia-research.

Delin learned from Bin about the off-campus practice opportunities provided by ECI for students of vocational colleges and universities in recent years, the detailed information about the professional technical guidance and the necessary professional skills in electronic equipment for employment, and he spoke highly of ECI's work in promoting the integration of industry, academia and research.

In response, Bin said, ‘practice is the beginning of acquiring knowledge, and acquiring knowledge is the result of practice’ has always been ECI's corporate philosophy. Vocational school students have always been mainly concentrated in the school to learn theoretical knowledge, only “knowledge”, but the lack of “action”, which leads to the professional ability after graduation can not provide a stable source of income, which leads to the phenomenon of enterprise shortage of talent. Since the company actively joined the ranks of the integration of industry-university-research development, through the school period to strengthen the professional quality and competence in the practice of the veterinary profession of students, the overall supply and demand environment of the talent market has been greatly improved. Students gain better hands-on industry experience by practicing the use of ultrasound scanners, Artificial Insemination guns, and other equipment to monitor the breeding of animals. After some exchanges, the four members of the super editorial department visited product display area, work area and laboratory of Sichuan Eacenic Science&Technology Group Co., Ltd. under the guidance of Bin.
