During the meeting, attendees delivered reports on their fulfillment of individual job responsibilities, achievement of work performance targets, personal strengths and weaknesses, and work objectives for 2026. Subsequently, department heads from R&D, Production, Marketing, and Quality Control respectively delivered summary statements: - Department summarized 2025 sales performance and domestic/international business trip frequency, emphasizing plans for 2026 to expand participation in domestic and international livestock exhibitions (e.g., Russia's Agravia Tech & Pro Expo, China Livestock Expo) and set corresponding sales targets. The R&D Department  pointed the necessity of  upgrading core products like sperm quality analyzers and needle-free injectors to enhance product quality. The Production and Quality Control Departments committed to strengthening full-process production oversight and product inspection, ensuring every item delivered to customers meets high-quality standards.

  Finally, President Luo delivered concluding remarks. On an individual level, he urged all employees to positively fulfill responsibilities and promptly report outcomes. He advocated forward-thinking in roles, lifelong learning, and continuous self-improvement.Mutual communication between departments must be strengthened to ensure effective operations. We aim to achieve new milestones in 2026, promoting our Chinese products onto the global stage.
