  Why do we use the Semen Thawing Cup which is suitable for frozen semen thawing and fresh semen constant-temperature storage for pigs, cattle, sheep, dogs and other animals.

  Animal semen is extremely temperature-sensitive. Maintaining a stable and proper temperature is critical during fresh semen collection and frozen semen thawing. In this process, the temperature stability  ,capacity  and portability of the Semen Thawing Cup are particularly important.

How to Use the Semen Thawing Cup

Fresh Semen Collection (Pig)

1. Press the switch button under the handle, then press the set button to adjust the temperature to 37℃ with plus and minus buttons.
2. Put the semen collection bag into the Semen Thawing Cup and place the cotton filter at the cup opening.
3. Close the lid and start on-site semen collection.

Frozen Semen Thawing (Cattle, Pig, Sheep, Dog, etc.)

1. Connect the power adapter, press the switch button under the handle, and press the set button to adjust the temperature to 38℃.
2. Add water into the Semen Thawing Cup, and make sure the water level does not exceed the edge of the inner tank.
3. When the Semen Thawing Cup reaches the preset temperature, quickly put frozen semen straws in for thawing.

Thawing Reference

(1) Cattle semen: 38℃, 15 seconds

(2) Pig semen: 50℃, 16 seconds

(3) Dog semen: 37℃, 20 seconds
